It may be not a new issue, but it is still not clear to me:

Why the search engine presents your URL as http://(asite).com rather than http://www.(asite).com even almost all links to your URL http://www.(asite).com?

What can you do to change it to the way you want?

You can choose whether Google presents your site as www or non www in Webmaster Tools.

You can also set up canonical redirects so that anyone typing www will be redirected to the non www address, or vice versa.

It's worth doing to prevent link authority being split between them.

Didn't know you can do that in G's Webmaster Tools. I will have a look.

The 2nd method looks like working with Google, but may not work for Yahoo and Bing.

Using a 301 is ideal as you'll also get credit for the links pointing to the non-preferred version. Currently you have (at least) two versions of your site: http://www.example.com and http://example.com

You can either use a rewrite rule using htaccess or if you are using a cms such as wordpress or joomla you can probably get a plug-in to do it for you. For joomla I'd recommend sh404sef.

we are doing www.casinorecommender.com >>> casinorecommender.com redirection via ".htaccess" file which is the most healthy method. If you Google it you can find it easily.

You will have to edit your .htaccess file.

Use the following code if you want to redirect the non-www version to the www version. Eg. gpwa.org to www.gpwa.org. ( replace gpwa.org to your domain name )

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.gpwa\.org$
RewriteRule (.*) http://www.gpwa.org/$1 [R=301,L]

editing the .htaccess file is the one of the easiest routes to take inorder to rectify the above mentioned. You can download the file using an ftp programm like filezilla

You should redirect all your non WWW URls to WWW not only home page
