Looking to buy sites. All sizes considered

    Hello.

One of my clients has decided to undertake a massive acquisition campaign, and as such they are looking to buy a lot of sites.

They dont mind how big they are as they have outlined specific uses for all of them, however they are also looking for some marquee purchases, so no matter how big your site is, how much traffic it has and what the conversion is like - my client wants to buy it.

They have some seriously deep pockets, and although they obviously wont be paying over the odds for anything, this does mean that they have the capacity to buy sites ranging from a few hundred dollars through to a few million dollars.

If you have a site or portfolio of sites that you are looking to sell, please email me in total confidence at neil.mitchell@sohorocks.co.uk so that we can talk. I understand that this kind of thing is commercially sensitive, and so would expect the usual legal necessities to occur where necessary.

    Many thanks for your time

    Neil

I wouldn't even know what mine is worth or I'd sell it for sure.
    Until we meet again.

Are they looking for domain only buys as well as developed sites?

    Hi FictionNet

Yes, they are looking at domains too. To be honest they are looking at everything.

There has been an amazing response - so big that its going to take about a week for me to compile them all together and for us to go through the sites, domains and databases to decide which ones we will pursue.

It would be great if you could send us your domains, along with prices, and if anyone else is looking to sell anything, then just email me at neil.mitchell@sohorocks.co.uk in total confidence.

For those I havent got back to yet, dont fret - I have your emails and pm's and will be submitting the first batch to the client tomorrow and also replying to you.

    Many thanks!

    Neil

I don't mean to offend but at times like these, folks will panic and sell.

Think twice before considering selling at a substandard rate, JMO.

We saw this in 2006 and many regretted selling. Just sayin..

No sorry it was not you.. LOL i just saw they removed the post and my quote of the post.

There was a guy who posted here like 15 times in a row with spam links in his signature. He posted in here and i finally had enough and asked them to ban him. I guess they removed all his posts....

Sorry mate LOL i guess it looks odd from your perspective!
