    Major issue with BingoVega

    Hi Fredrik

On the 24th of January I sent an email to Chris outlining a serious issue with Bingo Vega. He replied on the 28th of January expressing a desire to “correct this” He assured me that he would address the issue with me by January 30th. Well that was two days ago and I have yet to hear from him. I hope this is not a sign that Bingo Vega is reverting back to its past behavior of ignoring legitimate issues that need to be tended to. The way this situation is evolving makes me wonder who is running the show at Vega. Chris needs to follow through on his word.

I have been working exclusively with Chris, on this issue, since January 3,2012. Has he withdrawn from this? I sent Chris my recommendations on how these issues could be resolved and awaiting a reply on my recommendations. Because of the seriousness of the issues, I advised Chris to take all the time he needed. I addressed the issue here because Chris, himself, set Monday (Jan 30th) as the day he would address my recommendations. Naturally! If the other side of an issue does not stick to the program, the lack of action may be conceived as being ignored. Another day is just about over and the silence from BingoVega continues..

Whatever happened to being open and transparent? It’s apparent to me that Owner, Mike Yates is running the show there, contrary to what you originally told me. Had I known that he was engaged with fixing tournaments and using Prop (aka Bot) Accounts to cheat his players, I would have never publicly stated that BingoVega had cleaned up its act and was operating honestly.

The few bucks BingoVega paid to clear up a few player complaints, last August, nowhere matches the hundreds of thousands Mike Yates cheated his players out of. The overwhelming evidence I received on January 1,2012 can’t be refuted! Although the evidence was dated (2008 - 2009 time period), the issue was/is so enormous that it can’t be overlooked!

Your reaction was the reputation of the old BingoVega reminds a thorn in your side and you have little control over what has happened in the past. You assured me that Mike Yates is no longer involved with operations; Which is contrary to reports I have been receiving from a number of individuals.

You also assured me with 100% certainty that Prop Accounts has not been used under your leadership. And that “new management is available to discuss with full disclosure of how today's business operates." My major concern, that you failed to address and dismissed, is the fact that Mike Yates is an owner of all your brands! He has a long history of being engaged in fraudulent activities and in my opinion, should be banned from any involvement in online gaming and should be shunned by the entire Gaming Community. He was not caught just stealing a few pennies from his players.

The evidence showed it was common that if a certain game had 50 people playing, you could be certain that at least 25 of them were Prop Accounts. This activity went on for years and for all we know it’s continuing. Because of Mike Yates involvement, your problem is to prove that under your leadership the sites are now being run honestly. Admittedly! This is no easy task, but it was one that you seemed to be willing to take on.

In order to prove your honesty, I sent you two recommendations. The first was that Mike Yates makes a public statement, where he addresses the accusations against him. Secondly! Submit to an audit of your Player Accounts! Since your sites are now being run honestly and you have nothing to hide, this is a sure fire way to dispel any suspicions.

At first, you indicated you would comment on the recommendations on January 30,2012. When that time came and passed it was clear to me that Mike Yates is still pretty much in control there. It’s a major part of Mikes signature to ignore any issues that are presented to him. That is pretty much what is going on here. Mike refuses to be held accountable for any of his actions, no matter who gets hurt.

In my opinion, Big Time Revenue’s acceptance into a Silver Program is founded on a lie and should be reviewed. What guarantee do we have that any Affiliate here, that signed up to their program, will not be sending players to be ripped off by a greedy operator.

Many of you probably know I'm pretty quiet when working behind the scenes on issues reported here, but I did want to post a quick update that I'm in touch directly with the upper management about the new issues that have been raised. It is very early in the communication, but at this stage I have not received stonewalling on any of my questions.

I believe there were genuinely problems in the past, and the communication at this stage is about identifying the impact of those problems and identifying ways to ensure they are not continuing.

    Hi CityGuard,

Thank you for your involvement! I would expect that upper management would not stonewall you as they did me because if they ignored my inquiries, they have little to lose. That would not be the case if they ignored the GPWA.

I can’t help but wonder what questions you are asking them? In all fairness, if you really want to get a grasp on this issue, I suggest that you go to my forum and review the evidence and read all the comments. That should give you a better assessment of what is really going on here.
