Man I hate Europartners set up

Had a quick look today at the affiliate program and here are my thoughts.

Logs me out every 2 minutes when trying to get links - BAD

Finding a single link is almost impossible - BAD

The email given to me to contact my affiliate manager is Anna Libman xxxx@xxxxxx.com - BAD ( what are all the xxx's for? )

Clicking "generic tracker' brings me to a blank page - BAD

Trying to get a text link is like pulling teeth - BAD

Over all - BAD

Thanks - sounds like alot of problems there! I'm often amazed at how diffifcult it can be to find a simple text link in an aff prog.

I will try to address your issues 1 by 1.

This usually happens when trying to take something from the Marketing Tools, that is not available (a specific size or language). If you need a specific marketing tool that is not available or you are having difficulty retrieving it, I recommend contacting your affiliate manager for assistance and he/she will provide you with whatever you need.

Thanks for notifying me about this and I have now fixed this and your Affiliate Manager's details are available for you when you log in to your account.

We are aware of this issue and are working on fixing it and recommend using the"text link"option instead.If you are having trouble getting text links please speak with your affiliate manager and he/she will be more then happy to help.

We are working on making the process easier for everyone.

I just want to know if we are gonna have the old stats back.

Also I wanna a know why don´t you let us see the players details? Why are we restricted to see only the earnings and not how did we get that earnings? It could be better for us affiliates and Europartners!

Affiliates have been demanding more for a long time now, yet nothing has changed.

IMO the system has been intentionally designed to be vague and confusing.

Hi arkyt,

I'm sorry you find the system vague and confusing, this is not intentional in any way.

We set reporting in a specific way for when new Affiliates sign up so they can start working immediately, such as Top Level Revenue, how many new sign up, etc. If more information is needed Affiliates can speak with their affiliate managers and they can decide what other reporting information is needed.

If there is anything that you need help with you can either write to me or speak with your Affiliate manager.
