    Default Melbet Refuses to withdraw

    Hallo,
first of all, let me excuse for my English, as I am not a native speeker.
Last week I registered and deposited 1500 EURO and had some luck so I had 2000 Euro after one day. So I tried to withdraw money, but it took a lot of time, since they were requesting several documents (ID, Selfie, Selfie in front of my laptop..).
I was continuing gambling and put some nice bets, so I ended up at around 4200 Euro by yesterday.
This morning I received the following mail:

"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). This decision is based on the official Terms and Conditions point 2 subpoint 18 of the betting company Melbet.

The decision has been made after careful investigation of the situation by our security service. According to the results of the investigation we have reasons to suppose that all your bets on sport events from this gaming account have been placed not by you, it violates above mentioned point of Terms and Conditions directly.

We ask you not to create new accounts in our website. Pay your attention to the moment that if you try to create new accounts, we will block them. At the same time your actions have been a violation of the above mentioned Terms and Conditions. The Decision concerning the stopping any collaboration with you is final and without appeal.

You can withdraw your funds in amount of your deposit."

Problem is: They cancelled ALL Bets I played in the last week, so (after several mails and problems again), I could only withdraw 1500 Euro. In consequence, they owe me 2700 Euro approximately. Moreover: I cannot login any more, seems this bookie deleted my account.
To say it very clearly: I DID NOTHING WRONG, DID NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT THE BETS WITH SOMEONE ELSE, ALL BETS HAVE BEEN PLACED BY ME.

Please help me! What can I do? 2700 EURO is a lot of money for me. It is simply not fair that this scamming really works. If I had lost the money in the last days, no one would have cared. But they seem to punish "winners" or guys with a phase of luck

ABOVE ALL: I can only warn all of you: Donīt USE THIS bookie, or any other from this syndicate (1xbit, 1xbet, and probably many more I do not even want to know)

A quick G search, finds another player who, like yourself, had €4,000 confiscated, due to winning.
    http://www.bookmakersforum.com/bookm...mbo-bets/16590

MelBet used the excuse the player held an account at one of their sister sites. Though, the player claims nothing in the T&C's states this in NOT allowed. Those FU clauses crack me up. Imagine visiting a land based casino, who happen to own other casinos, in other states. You win, take your chips to cage, only to informed all winnings are voided cause you've played at one of their out-of-state casinos.

I understand this could be an issue where bonuses are invloved. But, if a player doesn't claim bonuses, then I don't see how this could possibly be a problem. Other than, a great excuse to use as an FU clause, for a clip joint to confiscate legitimate winnings.

Thank you, Happyfeet for your post and the useful link.
The "funny" thing is: They do not even say who (if not me) allegedly placed all the other bets. It seems purely arbitrary which is really really annoying. But of course I will go on claiming for my money and will write them every single day.

Yes, and unfortunately the story is true. I had really good odds and found nice value-bets. So, I decided to deposit more than I usually do. And if they were a serious bookie, my decision would have turned out to be right.

Well, you could answer this to anyone who plays or played at casinos with a dubious call. And please....you do not know how others evaluate the case. If you do not want to help me...fair enough, avoid this thread.

I should be happy that I received back my deposits?!? Then you do have, to say the least, a different feeling for justice than me. Profiting from "losers" and scaming "winners" is not a proper and serious business model, isn't it?

Hello, I am from Melbet. So I would like to mention right away that if you have any technical problems or issues you should contact our support first. Did you contact them? If so, please, provide me with your account ID or any additional information you might have. We will investigate into this case in order to prevent this from happening again since we care about our reputation deeply.

Also I would like to take a moment again and tell that we have nothing to do with 1xbet, 1xbit or any other companies you might think we work with. There is no such thing as syndicate or at least there is no syndicate we know about or participate in. All we have in common with 1xbet is core engine our servise works on and support contacts provided on our site.

You can write the details here or send it to my e-mail: marketing@melbet.org . We'll investigate this situation and tell more about it here so anyone who visits this topic could see what's going on at the moment and how we manage to solve any issues.

look, I appreciate how 1xbet works at least to affiliates. I was even happy to see you, melbet here.
But stop f****** lying at least here. Cheat your player, fine, this industry goes to **** anyways. But stop lying to affiliates at affiliate forum.
You have exactly the same landing pages at blocked countries, because devs forgot about it. Again: stop lying. In digital world you can not lie if you are stupid. Your sportsbook network is known to steal from players, your only way to go through is at least not to lie to affiliates.

There is no need to be agressive, please, let's keep it reasonable. Thanks.
So I'd like to repeat: we have common platfrorm a.k.a. engine which leads to lots of similar things such as: same technical landings, same support and security services. It is possible that the player could do something wrong on other sites with the same platform which then lead to security service members blocking him or her on all the services with this platform, that's an honest answer. However that's just a guess, just one of the options that could happen.
Neither you or I can discuss is normally without any cases, numbers or proof. This will just end like "Oh, Melbet is the worst". Why? Why are we the worst?
We are trying to build and maintain our reputation so we are really getting worried when people tell us that we're "just another scam company". Also we are working really hard to win the competition with other companies like 1xbet so it just looks ridiculous for us to see that "we are the same".

For real this time, we really want to help our users who have any issues. If you have any specific cases with user IDs then please feel free to send them to us, we will investigate and publish the results of our research. However we can only protect ourselves with basic facts about us if all we get is "you are the worst", "there is no proof needed", "you are lying" or something like that, that's just hate without any reason other than trusting random facts from the internet.

Please, have some respect. We are in need of good reputation and we work honestly for it. So if there are any problems, send the specific information. Don't trust rumors from the internet if there is no specific information provided with it.

P.S.: It really would be stupid for us to join platinum program of GPWA to lie it's users and community, lie to our potential partners. What's the point? Quick and easy money, you say? We believe that you can gain much more if you work honestly for a long time and grow your loyal players base over time. So I guess you have to take my word for it when I say that all we say here is true. If that's not enough, just tell me what would be enough for you to believe us.

The point is that it is really stupid to lie and you did it. Normal would have been just to evade a direct response. Sane people in the industry know it is a hard business.

Also I would like to take a moment again and tell that we have nothing to do with 1xbet, 1xbit or any other companies you might think we work with.

Do not tell me how to behave. Simply apologize without conditions. You still can be honest scammers worth of platinum (no joke, if they pay affiliates at least) and not total cnuts.

Note for the OP. Take this as a cheap lesson. This is our online future. I was just scammed at DCC conversion, maybe you work for a card company, so we are even.

Don't understand how 1xbet and their network (melbet etc.) be ok about affiliate conversions, when they cheat their players out of their bones.

Their network is known for scams, but attracts affiliates regardless.

Perhaps a facade, or they don't really have large affiliates (say giving them over 1000 NDPs) per month.

It's funny this new kid affiliate manager is trying to be a smart a**, considering many here have been in this business before he/she was even born.

I do not understand either. Their regs/NDP ratio is awful, but clicks to regs is high and player value is high as well. Since they are from shadows they pay real commission. There are not many alternatives in Europe anyways. Indeed they do not convert like used to be bet365. But since I am promoting 1xbet just one year heavily and I know how valuable over the time can be couple of whales, they might be perspective.

Also 1xbet affiliates are pros in marketing, unlike this clone of theirs. I know another member of this forum, who is affiliate of another 1xbet whitelabel, he was at least honest with me.

So good point provided above about "we have in common this and that" and "we have nothing in common at all", you've got me here. What I meant was: We are different companies, that was about nothing in common with 1xbet. Different people, different companies, different goals and methods. However the same service is provided to both us and 1xbet such as technical support and engine. It does not make us the same company or syndicate however it means that the core mechanics and some elements may be similar. As I said, that's a great thing to mention, thanks for that, I hope this message makes it a little more clear.

However I want to say that we are not lying at any point. If you have any proof of me lying anywhere in my messages then it's totally ok, show it to everyone, we will gladly answer for what we've made wrong. But until then I just feel like I don't really understand why is Melbet being treated in such a horible way. The only two arguments I can see at the moment are:

    1) similar tech base aka engine, support and some elements;
    2) user feedback from someone who have never provided any exact details like account ID or something to investigate to.

I am really sorry if you had some issues with some of our competitors who's using the same software but we can't be responsible for everyone, aspecially for the ones who are our competitors.

I feel like it's worth it to prove my point somehow but it just seems like you don't want to believe me no matter what I say now.

Also I have to mention that if we would be a scam company people would realise it fast enough so we would not be as popular and would not have as much traffic and returning customers. There is a possibility that there could be a problem here or there, that's true, but we are constantly working on it to improve as well as we have a support service for such situations. But is there any company out there in the world without any issues or problems? It does not mean that we don't have to fix these things or something, I know, and I am sorry that we have some bugs showing sometimes.

But please be reasonable and don't blame us for being 1xbet scamming copy or something like this since it's really far from truth and pretty offensive.

That's the problem with these shady russian outfits. Clicks to regs are generally very high. Something like 50% conversion rate on regs, but deposits go below 10%. This is unique to Moscow-managed brands, and a few coming out of Tel Aviv.

Have seen this cross-industry also, in forex and binary brands that are run by them.

Over the course of several years, what I've found is that the only reasonable way forward is to build your own brand. Or else, eat this nonsense.

Well, conversion rate differs a lot from one traffic source to another so I am not sure if that's correct to provide such average stats, it might not be correct. It depends on lots of things like creatives you use, texts, graphics, landings, regions, exact channels you post on. We have lots of channels with low conversion and a lot of the ones with very high conversion rate. It all depends on what you do and where you promote it.
