    Angry Melbet Sportsbook Complaint

    Dear Sirs,
    I want to file a complaint on sportsbook MELbet(melbet.com).

    Information about sportsbook: melbet.com is owned by Tutkia Ltd(reg.number HE389219) with a registered office located at Aristofanous, 219, Mauros Court 140, flat/Office 202, Strovolos, 2038, Nicosia, Cyprus as a Billing Agent and operated by Pelican Entertainment Ltd with a registered office located at Curaсao, Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F. "Don" Martina 29 as a License Holder (Curacao license No. 5536/JAZ)

    I opened an account in sportsbook MELbet(melbet.com).
    I made deposits and played one week. I have built a balance of 80000 rubles($1,200).
    After second withdrawal of money 15.03.2019 I tried to log-in but my account was blocked. I sent all requested documents of Know Your Customer (KYC): my passport and screenshots with information about transactions. Then customer service of sportsbook asked me to send letter with previously provided documents by post to an address in Ukraine. I sent all documents and have no answer from customer service.

    Till now I have no access to my betting account. And customer service didn't report the reason for blocking of account.
    I ask for help to withdraw my money. Thank you.
