    Hi Bonus-Map,

Please re-read my #38 post just above, as I was reminding affiliates to not promote Ladbrokes Mobile because tracking was not in place. At Income Access, we have always told affiliates that this is the case and asked them to promote the products in the traditional, non mobile focused way.

This is the reason for why we do not have text links or banners for any Ladbrokes Mobile products in the affiliate system available for affiliates to use. We also have never asked you to advertise Ladbrokes Mobile, but have repeatedly let you know that the tracking is not yet in place and have mentioned it in the forums also.

I understand your frustration, however, it sounds like you've already spoken to the key members of the Ladbrokes Mobile Team. Hopefully, similar feedback will help steer progress towards tracking being put into place sooner rather than later in order to avoid confusion.

I am using brightshare now for a while and I think the all slots mobile offering they have is very good. The level of details in terms of mobile tracking is quite advanced and better than most of their competitors and even the big names like affutd.

I just wonder if anyone has an opinion on spin3 (Microgaming) mobile games versus the playtech ones? Do you see a difference in player value or a difference in conversion rates? I know europartners is using playtech mobile technology.

    Thanks

I've mainly promoted microgaming (via brightshare, fortune) and Europartners on our mobile apps and mobile pages on our sites. I get sign-ups with both, but depositors with europartners. We've had the first apps out there for almost 2 years, it's only the last 6 months or so that we're starting to see new depositors each month.

So to make sure I underastand this correctly, if an MGS user accesses the mobiel casino like All Sltos and plays with their existign account, tracking is in order.

If the however register an account using the mobile device (even if they were sent a tracked SMS via the affiliate website), the account will not be tracked.

The big problem is that we cannot send tracked traffic into the appstore. I think affiliates will lose out big time i new players dign up visa the app, unless we can incentivise them to sign up first, then go get the App.

The main reasons why it is less:
    1) people play for shorter sessions
    2) people invest less money, likely due to less overall confidence

With that being said, I have seen a steady rise in the average player value for the mobile casinos we manage, likely because both of the above points are changing (more confidence, plus playing more as mobile devices get better, so people play in their homes and offices even though they have access to a computer).
Of all your mobiel players. what percentage are ones who had an existing account registered on the website before they downloaded the app, or does your software not allow this?

Hi stgeorge - Brightshare is now offering tracking links straight into the android app store for Tombraider and Blackjack. Including tracking URL. Just talk to your affiliate manager.

    Thanks

Just wonder if anyone has experience in the different player values between mfortune and brightshare (microgaming).

I have a feeling that the player value for mfortune is very much higher? Can someone confirm?

    Thanks

    Hi Peter,

I'm promoting both of them for about 3 years now and I have the same experience. mFortune generates a steady revenue every month, while Brightshare programs (and other MG casinos as well) are much more varying. Must say though that MG casinos brought me more highrollers.

Brightshare mobile casinos are absolute rubbish comparing to mFortune. It looks as they do not have a clue how to serve the players. mFortune mobile casino has tons of returning players every month while with Brightshare you have just occasional players. There are two loosers on the mobile casinos market now: Starpartner and Brightshare. Starpartner has managed to bury successfully their Crazy mobile transfering it to Brightshare while Brightshare is beating completely their own mobile casinos. I think Brightshare hate whole idea of mobile gambling as they do not understand how to deal with it. But it is mot a Microgaming syndrome. If you take a look at Jackpotcity mobile casino, they are the best among Microgaming/Spin3 mobile casinos. Basically, I think that it is a new market for the mobile casinos operators and everyone is in the same situation and it doesn't matter if you are BIG DEAD CRAZY MOBILE CASINO or lazy and arrogant Wild Jack together with All slots mobile casino, clever and stylish Jackpotcity mobile casino or mystically intriguing mFortune mobile.

Since the update the Mfortune conversions tumbled, besides that I can not find a link to the affiliate program.

For Brightshare I do not get conversions anymore, just clicks and downloads....

IMO we need a (short) affiliate code players have to type in from his mobile or PC to get a higher welcome bonus e.g. This way tracking would me much better now its like a 50% chance.........

That is exactly the case with the Brightshare mobile casinos. They would definitely do the same to their online properties as they did to the Crazy mobile.

Brightshare is doing ok for me in terms of conversions, but it looks like the player value is low and I get a lot of winners or charge backs that leave me with little money at the end of the month.

    A little bit disappointing sometimes

For mFortune, they don't have an online version of the casino so it's 100% on mobile. In terms of the percent that begin the user journey from a PC (i.e. arrive at mFortune via PC and input their phone number vs. arrive via mobile handset), I don't have the exact percentage but it skews heavily towards starting on a mobile handset. However, this is likely the result of skewed marketing spend towards mobile handset marketing vs. web marketing, which is changing as of recently.
