Default Moneybookers or PPal?

From a merchant standpoint, we find that Moneybookers is cheaper than PPal. MBookers does not charge fees for receiving funds and a small fee to transfer to your bank account.
We prefer Moneybookers when receiving funds for advertising space buys.
My question is why do more buyers not have MBookers?
Am I missing something here? Is it tougher to sign up for a MBookers account? I did not find that to be the case.
What's better about PPal than MBookers? Is it just name recognition?
Inquiring minds want to know

When I pay for advertisements everyone assumes I'm going to pay using PayPal. It's a standard in the webmaster world. That's why I use it. Fees are secondary. PayPal is now in many other countries as well, which makes it easier for me to use on GetaFreeLancer and DP.

That's why I use it.

Moneybookers all the way for me - and within the European gambling environment it's certainly the premium product. I pay people for various bits on content using it - and as you say it's simple and easy to register.

I guess US webmasters are more familiar with PAYPAL?

Paypal is a webmasters/marketing environment, and very limited if you don't have a US account.

Moneybookers is a complete solution, with checks and the option of more than one bank account to receive wires.
