Question Moving from affiliate to casino operator

Hi guys, Ive been an affiliate for nearly a decade now and I wanted to see what everybody's thoughts are on taking the leap from affiliate to casino operator. Has anybody here made that step? or had any experience in facilitating such a move? I'd welcome your advice on this as the opportunity is potentially there. Thanks.

I have friends/customers that did that step. Not the easiest one, for sure. it's whole new universe that you'll reach and whole new sets of problems that you'll have to solve. It's really depending on how far you wanna go and how prepared are you for that. Few points to consider:1. What unique selling point is going to have your casino.2. How you're planning to promote it. (I believe affiliate, then ask your self why affiliates are going to promote you, but not other brands?). Any other way of getting traffic is great, but a huge investment.3. Platform. I believe you're planning to go with white-label one. Few options from here - go with "cookie cutter" and just change colours & logos or invest tens of thousands to create something more advanced and unique.4. You'll need much larger team for:- support- affiliate managers- retention- Design/development- compliance (depending if you're on white/grey/dark markets).I'm not on the either sides (not affiliate, not operator). But to me looks like affiliates are living easier Good luck!**** Tried to edit this post few times but never got new lines/paragraphs added ***

support- retention- compliance - this part white labels can offer you as well, but of course not the best. This is interesting thread on the topic but lottery related and IMO far too positive: https://www.gpwa.org/forum/being-ope...ht=white+label
