Default My silly way of protesting the UIGEA

A few months ago, to do some research so I could write a review of PKR.com, I played in a freeroll tournament on the site and won 60 cents. I planned on playing through that tiny windfall once PKR decided to accept US customers until my balance reached zero cents.

Then the UIGEA was passed by Congress, and PKR decided not to allow US customers to play for real money.

So what was I to do with the 60 cents in my account?

I decided (with some help from a reader) to request a check and make a series of trades with people until I earned an entry into the Main Event of the World Series of Poker.

Default First trade and New Web site

I've just made my first trade en route to the WSOP! Marketing pioneer GoldenPalace.com saw some merit in what I was doing and decided to get in on the action.

Full details are available on the new blog we've posted about the project ...
