Need Some Advise on Non Payment.

I am not going to mention a name yet, because when this started I planned to give this partner untill the 20th of january and I am going to stick to that,however if payment is not recieved by then I will send out the alarm.

How do you all handle it when you are just not getting paid. I have been with this program since 2005 and never missed getting a payment, allbeit they have been late on a regular basis. I only put up with it because I do well with them and I do get paid. Sadley, I am owed since September and it is a large sum; to me N E way.

My emails are answered as: looking into it, we are back logged, I am on it, etc.etc.etc.
I really want my next email to be my last, but honestly, is there a recourse? I see none at all other than pulling them, but then I am out a good book. I know thats what I must do, but I am looking to settle this if I can. They are not part of our fourm here and basiclly I am curious wondering how you would handle it. Is there a no payment cop in our group??

Is it because the manager was changed from the September?

To me, a nice and responsible manager is very important. I once had a similar situation as you do. I went to one of their brand support team after no progress for a long time. Then I was paid after their involvement in the case. Maybe you can try this as well.
