Easily said Jamie, but when you have been promoting a program for years and have hundreds of players it isn't an easy choice to pull the plug on a program. The best you can do is pickup on the tell-tale signs early - as I did with netplay - have hardly promoted them in years. Even the better programs can go bad however when management changes hands or profits fall.
