    Default NetReferer

    After sending lots of targeted traffic, I get no signups - only clicks. So I'm starting to question their tracking integrity. Anyone doing well with them?

    If you mean Netrefer then yeah a lot of programs use them & I trust their tracking/get results, I would look at the casino you are promoting as opposed to the affiliate software they are using as to why you aren't getting any sign ups. Of course the best thing to do in these situations is your own testing.

    Hi,

    We use NetRefer for our affiliate program and stats are normally updated daily at roughly 10.30 CET. If you are going to do your own testing, do wait until the following day to check your results. If it is of any consolation, I have been using this tool for a long time and their tracking system has never been an issue whatsoever so I would dig deeper into whatever it is you are not happy with as it may be easily solved.

    I just experienced something near nightmare and I am starting to be really p****d off. Netrefer has a glitch by CPA counts and they do not see it as urgent problem. I can not believe what I saw. CPA's disappearing.

    I am owed probably 20K+ Euros for over 3 months from one bookie which I will disclose soon. I am told it is Netrefer problem, but Netrefer refused to talk to me. But they neither see a huge bug as their problem. I have no idea how many CPA programmes use Netrefer and how many of them might be affected. Maybe - hopefuly - not many. But Netrefer's approach and accuracy just got huge hit.

    If there is still Netrefer representative - I am giving you last chance.

    Hi Sherlock,

    We are currently looking into this matter. I can assure you that our tracking is accurate and rewards results is based on data received from the operator which we then process against the respective reward plans. NetRefer has always maintained an arms length relationship with Affiliates as not to create any conflicts of interest with our clients businesses and relationships. We do however take all these matters seriously and we work with the our clients to make sure that they are resolved.

    Due to the weekend we will do our best to ensure that you receive a follow up from operator as soon as possible.

    Hi there, Netrefer. I do not expect to solve this during weekend. But I was waiting here 3 months. I will patiently wait few more days without's saying anything more in public, because I do not want to hurt anyone's business. The bitter truth is that until I came with the case on forum I was ignored by the affiliate program who sometimes gave me some promise that was never fulfilled and sometimes ignored me and Netrefer replied that they do not deal with affiliates directly (which is understandeable) but nothing happened after. Therefore it would be unfair to the GPWA board to leave the case without explanation what is going on.

    You and the affiliate program got 100 days to resolve. I will not play the role of idiot anymore. If I would see a problem like this my guys would not go to bed before it is resolved.

    Hi Sherlock,

    This morning we've been in touch with the operator in question and given them the steps they need to take to reconfigure the reward plan that you are assigned too. The problem was not with the data or the tracking and I am confident that you'll get this sorted today providing the changes are made and prior to the system refresh which is due to happen at midday.

    As Raphael mentioned, we avoid direct communication with affiliates so as not to create any potential conflicts of interest with our clients, however we always respond and pass on any communication received directly to the appropriate operator to ensure they are aware of any issues and will always work with them to ensure problems get solved quickly.

    I'm sorry that you've had to wait so long to get a resolution.

    Let me rephrase that Rick, we don't manage our clients affiliates, we supply the software for them to do so. We therefore don't involve ourselves in communication with affiliates so as not to cause any conflict of interest.

    We always welcome feedback from end users.

    They are software providers Rick, not Affiliate Programs. As an Affiliate Manager, I agree with their position on not having direct contact with affiliates...

    I agree that they do not have to communicate with me, however I was expecting quick solution after I pointed out the problem. One thing is not to respond, because I am not allowed to. Second thing is to ignore valid complaints.

    To make the story short - after 3 months finally things started to move. I am not yet satisfied though. My AM had to recount the CPA manually. Since it is multilevel CPA, where one part of my reward is for deposit and second for verifikation and the stats are still not correct (the verifikation dates of the accounts are nonexistent, therefore all verified accounts are not upgraded but downgraded to zero [= instead of higher CPA I am getting nothing] and even with this manual recounting no one can say a date when the players verified their accounts and on which month I should be paid then), we are trying to find some compromise. But the stats are still wrong and need to be corrected. Because this way every commission had to be count manually and would be somewhat lower than it I am entitled to.

    I even see where the problem is and here it would be best if I could show it to Netrefer directly, but I must use the roundabout through AM. I am scared to even ask Netrefer, but I am open to quick chat that might save nerves, resources and reputation to everyone.

    Honestly there was not this multilevel CPA horror at the affiliate program TOS at signup and if I knew this I would rather avoided it. Apparently it is something for which Netrefer system was not ready for. What amazes me is that nobody recognised yet that he receives only <20% of commission. I am still not disclosing the name of program here, because I believe that they have to have chance to correct the mistake.

    I work also with some programs that use netrefer and they work without any errors so far. Of course you never know if the stats are 100% correct but for me the stats look ok and I had never a problem with their tracking so far.

    One can have the best tool ever, but if it is not properly used, then the one has nothing. IDK who to blame for this mess, because I think both affiliate program and software is responsible for verification. But for sure every mess can be resolved with basic human communication, which is something more and more rare. I am glad that it seems now that Netrefer took this seriously and I hope I will be able to close this thread with some positive conclusion.

    Tbh without Netrefer detailed report of customers I would never be able to see the problem.
