Never received January commission

To whom it may concern. I never received my January commission promised by you from play share and my stats don't show February commission either. any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Rhonda!

As Renee has told you via many emails and posts at the AGD, it may take some time to get this money as it is owed to you by playshare, not Rewards Affiliates. Rewards Affiliates owes money from Feb 1 only.
You are not the only affiliate in this boat and as such we need to ensure there is no double paying by Playshare etc as Renee has mentioned previously. Once we hear back about this money, we will get in touch with you via email. We need to ask for your patience.

Re your February commission from pre merger, Renee has already added this as a note a week or so ago to pay it out with March commissions so you will receive it when they are sent.

Thank you, for such a quick reply. I must be blind as I Looked at my stats for Feb and I don't see anything, I must be looking in the wrong place.. can you send me a screenshot.

Hello Rhonda!

It means that the money owed for February before the migration is being paid so is not being added to your account.
