    New Aff Program

    Hello,

Just wondering how someone would go about getting their Terms & Conditions reviewed by Affiliate Guard Dog?

Is this something that happens naturally (sort of like water falling from the Niagra Falls) or do you actually apply for this?

Want to make sure our T's & C's are affiliate friendly

    Thanks guys,

    Ru

Do you really need to get your affiliate terms reviewed by them?

Personally I'd just check out what their guidelines are and then offer a better proposition for affiliates.

    Easy. Job done

    Hey Paul

Thanks for the msg. I just thought from a credibility standpoint it would add value.

I see many aff programs acquire the AGD tag and since we are only starting you know?

Ru, I'd say.... what does that mean anyway?

How many rodgers and dodgers are using the bulldog flag, when it really doesn't mean a single thing?

If you aim higher and just pay your players on time, pay your affiliates on time, then you'll automatically be in the top 10%

From my own personal experience, it's really not that easy to get them approve your T&C
They look into very specific things, and even though there is nothing negative written they will have their private comments (send me a dm if you want to chat about it)
Maybe you will have more luck than I did, but as Paul says, just be good to your affiliates, pay on time and answer on time and everything will work fine! guaranteed

You have a contact on the site, so i think the best would be for you to contact AGD directly.

I assume that they will be able to review your T&C and then it's up to you whether you want to make the adjustments or not.

Don't let BB diminish that value of having Andy's team looking at your terms.

I agree that paying players and affiliates on time is of the utmost importance, but many affiliates also think that affiliate friendly terms are very important also.

    Hi Ruairi,

You're right on about AGD helping with a credibility standpoint. I trust AGD more then any other website as far as their their integrity and intentions. Since AGD is more of a non-profit site, I don't feel he's biased based on any monies received. AGD belongs to Andy, and he's a straight up honest guy. If you can work with Andy, it'll definitely be a plus.

If they do go over your terms, they will also try and work with you if you want your terms to be affiliate friendly. I mean, they will point out anything that's not affiliate friendly and try and help you if you want to make changes so your program is affiliate friendly and can be AGD approved.

I'm impressed just seeing that you want your terms reviewed and know it would help with credibility. I'll be keeping an eye out for your program over at affiliateguarddog.com

    Nice to meet you!

I think it's quite refreshing for an affiliate program to actively seek out a way of ensuring their terms are affiliate friendly. WTG Betdaq

I had a look on your website but couldn't find any details of your affiliate program? The "affiliates" link doesn't seem to go anywhere.

Sorry for the late reply. Please contact me at Andy at affiliateguarddog.com.

I am sorry to hear a few naysayers as we do our best to work with everyone. We are NOT the fastest by far.. But will work with you to make sure the terms are clear and friendly.

As far as some of the past programs that may have had a difficult time getting their terms approved - this does happen from time to time. AGD is run my me (a full-time employee elsewhere) and a group of volunteers. We do our best, though!

FYI - We do not certify 3rd Party or Master affiliates - This was why CasinoAffs were unable to be certified at AGD. I do not personally have a problem with those type of affiliate programs - it is just our methodology to work only with the direct affiliate programs.
