New Affiliate Program needs real vision

My company is setting up a new affiliate program based on low wager bingo and slot games.

In the past as a webmaster,I have also signed up to lots of affiliate programs and have my own ideas about what is required to be a top program,but I wanted to hear from this gang.

What do you think are the top five issues/details that would make our program the best in the biz?

Here's what I would want as a base for a good aff prog.

1. Full acurate tracking
2. Payments on time.
3. Up to date info.
4. Live statistics.
5. 24/7 1hour turnaround email support.
