    how about Chris Ferguson. Isn't he part of the 3 owners. Full tilt goes down but pokerstars remain untouchable.

    You are correct, the DOJ amended complaint is going after all of them for various amounts.

    Ray Bitar for $40.8 million
    Chris Ferguson for $42 million
    Rafe Furst for $11.7 million
    Howard Lederer for $42.5 million

    I am so happy that DOJ has decided to do something about these crooks. A man has to be responsible for his actions. These guys are the sole reason why Full Tilt went bad. Only bad management decisions at such a high level can lead to this trouble.

    I'd like to see any one of the in jail for some time but I suppose that thanks to the great US Justice system they are just going to "settle" with the DOJ for some amount of money.

    Yes it's all about the money. I wonder what the DOJ is doing with all the money they are getting from online gambling???
