For 1000+ reasons, I expect online gambling to continue growing worldwide. Not the best news for our friend Sheldon Adelson

In Russia, online gambling is officially illegal, but both illegal operators and legal advocates are trying to change that.
It will take a while, and I bet nothing grows in Russia atm, except Financial stuff - Forex, Binary, Stock Exchange...

Really good news! Now we're only waiting the 'free word' to be a bit more open and less dependent on Mr. Adelson's pocket.

"New report says online gambling growing worldwide"

No wonder. The global population is growing rapidly. It's a simple mathematical inevitability. Also moped driving, praline consumption and dog kicking is growing worldwide. All a statistical gimmick.

But in some years, when flow of funds to the online casinos will be an expensive adventure for millions of gamblers, this statistics became void.

For example Swiss players must pay a huge penalty fee to Swiss banks if they make a bank wire to online casinos or receive funds from them. Same with credit cards. One reason, why for many Swiss players online casinos are uninteresting.

This can't really be a surprise to anybody can it, even those not involved in the industry. With the increasing sophistication of mobile apps we all now have the facility to place a quick sports bet, even during a match should you fall victim to the dulcet tones of bet365's R.Winston adverts! Also with the phone networks continually investing in their services playing online Bingo, Poker etc is becoming more feasible when on the move.
