We offer all the best bonus' and tips on gaming. I have over 280casinos and I update it daily.

Nice clean site. I like the domain name and the concept.

I would recommend only two things. First of all I would make the green check mark for american casinos more prominent. I think the american casinos should "stick" out more.

Secondly, I would include information on the bonuses on your homepage. Add the amounts of the bonuses.

Other than that, fantastic good, and I wish you the best of luck.

I agree with WagerX, that the green checkmark should be bigger for USA players. I would also increase some of the font sizes, since those of us who are a bit more "visually challenged" might find it hard to read. Other than that, I think that you did a very good job. The concept is great and the overall layout is really nice.

I think as soon as you have removed the images and tables that you have copied from www.latestcasinobonuses.com, another affiliate (who is a member here I believe), you may start to have a nice site layout there with your own content.

I think you should know too that duplicate content will do no good to your site's natural SERP in the long run. Try using your original content and your site would be good enough to look into by potential gamblers.

I just banned your affiliate account. When you take down the stolen content let me know if you want me to re-instate your account. I could wait for you to do this but you have to take this stuff seriously as copied content can hurt the rankings of the original source.

4 hours later and the site is still up. Strange definition of "immediately". The responsible thing to do would be to simply remove access to the site entirely until your mess is cleaned up.

You have been asked privately several times over a number of weeks now to take down this stolen content. The only response so far has been to host the images yourself instead of hotlinking to LCB. In fact he told one affiliate manager who asked him to remove the stolen content that he would just remove their casinos instead.

Haven't heard the "contractor" story yet though. Good one! I hope the "contractor" billed you heaps for the images and layout he "designed".

I also emailed this guy before posting.

Personally I would prefer to have affiliates working with me who I know are going to do their own work. If it was as simple as stealing images and tables from everyone elses site, what unique offering would you be able to give your visitors?

Good work all, Joshac contacted me about it, I emailed the affiliate but he has given me duff details when he signed up.

Account is closed pending a full review once the site has been sorted.

I would email you to confirm this but the details you gave do not seem to work.

This may be a genuine error so best to cut some slack just in case he is being truthful about the contractor (or am I getting soft?).

Kris had submitted a Private Membership application which I hadn't started reviewing yet. CityGuard pointed out this thread to me so I read through it and contacted Kris. Below is my email to him and his reply. I didn't look into it yet but he supplied the URL for me to review that the copied content has been removed.

I see that you created a thread about your new site and received glowing comments on it.

However, it was also discovered having copied content by a GPWA member. This is an area I will be checking during the initial review process and if I'd gotten that far yet, may have discovered it myself.

Have you removed the copied content yet? If it is still there, I cannot move the application forward. Please let me know the status as I will have to check it right off the bat to be sure it is gone.

First I work with joshac, so count me as part of the "complaining party".

This person is lying. If all that this moronic thief has done already is not enough to get their application to join this community rejected, then lying about us "dropping our claim" surely is. I mean what kind of retard copies one of the most well known casino affiliate sites on the internet then comes to an affiliate forum and reveals it to everyone? Complete and utter stupid trash, and this is not the sort of person that should be associated with an industry association that endeavours to conduct itself ethically.

I can't be bothered looking through this cretin's site completely any more but compare these two pages and tell me that it isn't still a blatant rip off:

He has stolen the images and icons created and used on our site (initially by hotlinking them then just copying to his own server when we complained directly), now it looks as if he has just changed them slightly to try to subvert this process.

But more importantly, his "280 casinos" consist of data which has clearly been scraped from the LCB website, and the moron didn't even have the brains or ability to try to make it look any different. It could hardly scream "rip-off" more than if he just copied the pages directly.

We will be disgusted if this thief's site is seen as acceptable by the mods here and/or any affiliate managers. We are very grateful to the honest affiliate managers who have shown their support in this matter, and lets just say it will be very easy to tell down the track those who do not act so ethically.
