We, like many others, have experienced issues with Ace Revenue payments.
As per their terms and conditions, "Payment shall be processed on or around the 15th working day of the following month. This is usually around the 21-23rd of the following month," which means they are roughly 3 months late and we have not received a single check out of all three we have been owed.
Over the past 3 months, we have exchanged several emails with our affiliate manager – Dan. Every conversation ended almost the same - "I will investigate and get back to you tomorrow", "We have some delays, which should be resolved by the end of the week" ... as you can imagine, these have all turned out to be empty promises.
Obviously, this is not the right attitude and such actions from any affiliate company greatly harm our industry.
I would be glad to discuss the issue with any responsible member of Ace Revenue team, who can actually process the sum owed, instead of 'investigating' and 'notifying' about delays.
