    Angry No Affiliate Payments Since September

    Hello there,


    We, like many others, have experienced issues with Ace Revenue payments.

    As per their terms and conditions, "Payment shall be processed on or around the 15th working day of the following month. This is usually around the 21-23rd of the following month," which means they are roughly 3 months late and we have not received a single check out of all three we have been owed.


    Over the past 3 months, we have exchanged several emails with our affiliate manager Dan. Every conversation ended almost the same - "I will investigate and get back to you tomorrow", "We have some delays, which should be resolved by the end of the week" ... as you can imagine, these have all turned out to be empty promises.


    Obviously, this is not the right attitude and such actions from any affiliate company greatly harm our industry.


    I would be glad to discuss the issue with any responsible member of Ace Revenue team, who can actually process the sum owed, instead of 'investigating' and 'notifying' about delays.

    Hi CGP,

    There has to be somebody who can help you out. Check all of your messages again and see if someone actually reached out to you there.

    I hope you get this all cleared up with them and you don't have any more of this.

    It looks like they are back to their old tricks again....
    They used to have a terrible reputation, but I had heard that they had cleaned up their act......but obviously not....
    Glad I didn't start promoting them!!

    We are still waiting for the payment (over 2K).
    Can someone from the GPWA management team assist us in order to resolve this issue with AceRevenue?

    I have sent you PM with info.

    We are ready to share all the e-mails we have exchanged with AceRevenue (over 30 mails). Every time they come with promise that we will get paid
    the next day. And this is 3th month now ...

    I wish you could Assist Anthony they are going to pay when they feel like it which is always 'eventually' .Since November 25 we have been looking for a wire that was 'sent' that is $xx,xxx which only took us to October .I heard there was 'new owners' but obviously they are not with this continuing delay in payments.

    I am in contact with Dan right now. Looks like he is doing his best to clear the payment, but I think this is out of his control.

    AceRevnue must find a way to improve their organisation in regards with processing payments. I understand they work in difficult enviroment (US market), but there are other programs in the same situations paying on time each month.

    I will update you once we get the payment.

    To the AceRevenue owners - please take the necessary steps in order to improve the payment processing. Even if you do not have bad intentions and want to pay everyone with this organisation you will loose business partners and players.

    I didn't received any payments in the entire year 2016. A lot of responses from Dan, saying and promising that payment should be in the next payment period/cycle, and so on and on.... to me they are another bcp and affactive. I have not remove them completely because the damn brand converts, but if they don't pay they should be gone. Sorry, I am under the influence of a pinot noir, but it is what it is.
