    No Ongame for Zynga?

According to pokerfuse, Zynga has pulled out of the bidding for the Ongame network. This is the same network that Shufflemaster had initially agreed to buy before withdrawing from the deal. Ongame became expendable when bwin merged with Party and the new company decided to keep the Party software.

There has got to be something wrong with them.

Either their model has a serious flaw, or something is wrong in the funding department, or they have have a serious debt that must be assumed or....???

I wonder if this means Ongame will slowly fade since they have clearly lost their luster in the eyes of potential suiters.

I think Ongame will eventually close if nobody buys them.

Unless someone is really interested in the software which I doubt there is no real reason to buy them. I could see some US land based casino being interested but they should still work on the software. And that will happen only if USA gets regulated and there are too many "ifs" in that.
