    No Payment/No Communication..... nothing

    Hello Guys,

    we work now more as 2 years with Euro Partners together. In this time we had every 2-3 month problems. Payments are to late! Wrong Payments! We made deals and at the end we get no payment for this.

    Actual we are waiting for payments from Titan Poker and Mansion Poker. Today is the 17 and we still have no payment from September. From Titan Poker not even the Statement for September 2011.

    At Titan Poker we have a mistake in our Netgaming. Titan Poker made a mistake with a player and gave them 800€ Bonus and not 800$ for his Titan Points. It was in the middle of the September when i informed our Account Manager Sandra. Till now 1 month later nothing is happend. It must be very easy and fast to check that this player get 300$ to much for his points. But after 1 month nothing???? Its not correct that we have to pay for this mistake from Titan Poker. Its not the first time when we have such problems. I dont know how many times this happend with our other players, with whom we have no good contact.

    The communication with our account manager before and now is very very bad. Communication with phone is impossible, and on emails we get after 20 emails and 2 weeks maybe one short answer. But nothing is working!

    Its really impossible to work good with such problems and without a normal communication.

    Of course we dont promote Titan Poker or Mansion Poker active when we have only problems. We work with a lot of other partners together and have a very good communication and never problems. Only so its possible to work good!


    We want to work with Euro Partners together and promote all brands active, but with this problems its impossible.


    For Euro Partner doesnt matter because nobody contact us or give us a answer!!!!!


    And so as i hear and read,are we not the only one with payment problems and bad communication.

    After 1 month still no answer on our emails or Skype. Minimum 10 messages. But for Euro Partner it not important to answer. Euro Partners is really a big joke!

    Hi ,

    I think i know why you dont get still any response from them.... !!!

    They have still not a credible fairy for you problem..... this would be the reason....

    They are famous for there fairys and they dont want to risk their good name as a fairy-teller....

    I got your email today. thanks for sending it. I have passed this on to the German Affiliate manager who is now handlign your account and to our Head of Affiliates. I was told by the Affiliate Manager that she did contact you on Skype today. Please let me know how things progress.

    Hi Robin,

    thanks for your help. But still no communication from a account manager. 2min Miriamwrote me and told that she has a lot of work and that a other account manager will contact us in english. After 1 week again no message an nothing. Same like all the time ):

    I am the last person who want to say something bad. But this what Euro Partners do is..............

    We know now that for us its impossible to start something and have a good partnership with EURO PARTNERS. With other partners from us all is very good and no problems. Why only with Euro Partners?

    Hi Pokerdream,

    I am really sorry to hear this. I had spoken to Sandra's replacement and sent her your email and she told me she would be in touch with you right away. Its very upsetting to hear that you have still not been contacted. I would really like to rectify this situation anyway I can. I have moved this issue to the head of Affiliation. In the meantime what can I do to help?

    Hello Robin,

    thank you very much for your fast answer and help. When all on Euro Partners will work so fast as you, it will be perfect. I really understand that all Account Managers have a lot of work, but it must be really possible to have a bit contact for a good partnership and solve problems

    Miriam contact me now in Skype and we spoke short about different things. She told me that she will be in contact with me to solve the problems and give me later again a update.

    When it will be so,all is good and we have the possibilty to have a good partnership together in future.

    I hope so too. We will see what happend now. Its really the last try with Euro Partners. If we will have only problems again, and no person for communication, for sure we will not work anymore with them.

    The brands from them are good to promote, but only this is not enough to have a good partnership.

    So here the next update.

    After the help from Robin, Miriam contact me short in Skype. I spoke with her about a new deal and different problems. She told me she will check this with a new deal and gave me then a answer in 1-2 days. After 5 days and a lot of messages in Skype i get a short answer that the new deal is ok.

    I asked for a short confirmation on email. Of course i want to be sure and want one proof. Thats understandable after this what happend in the past.

    Till today no answer on my questions and of course no email. Last communication was at 27.Nov. Its really so difficult to answer short in 10 days? Or just write a short confirmation email and update the deal in the system?

    Of course we started nothing with Euro Partners, because till no we have no more answer in Skype or on email. And of course all old problems are still the same and nothing changed ):

    Why Euro Partners dont want to earn money with us? All our other partners are very happy, and we too. It can be so easy..........

    Here the next update:

    After my post here in the forum on the 06.Dez i got a short message in Skype. She ask why i worte this in the forum and told me that she send me 3 emails, also that the deal is updated in the system. I told her that i get not even one email and asked her to send this email please again. But till now i get no more answer and reaction in Skype. And of course no email!

    1. Not only one from this emails we get. But we get a lot of other emails every day without any problems. Strange!

    2. The deal is not updated in the system. I checked it


    I am the last person who want to say something bad about other persons or companys. But this what happend here with Euro Partners is so unbelievable unprofessional. I have really no more words!

    How we can trust Euro Partners after all this problems? Even to send a short confirmation email is not possible in 2 weeks? Nothing more to say.......

    But thanks again to Robin for the help before. But we really understand now that we have no possibility to work with Euro Partners together.

    Short Update: A new account manager contact us and send us the confirmation email now where we was waiting now 3 1/2 weeks.
