    Default Non-paying advertisers

I generally upload advertising placements (contextual text links, banners + articles) before receiving payment from the advertiser, as I think it helps build a good relationship with serious advertisers. However, every now and again, I come across a chancer who doesn't follow up with a payment. It's hardly the end of the world, as the uploading and deleting of ads only takes a a few seconds, but I was wondering whether it would be useful if we maintained some sort of non-paying advertiser's blacklist, if only to warn other publishers and maybe spare them a few emails.

Name and shaming on the forums. Maintaining a database requires additional work that most affiliates don't have time for.

It helps to name and shame so people know who they are dealing with. It would maybe help at least to share the info by private message.
