Further to my post on 22nd October with a promise from Simon to be paid the following week, that didn't arrive. Why was I not surprised.

However, to my surprise a cheque has arrived today. This covers about 15% of the outstanding bill (that is of course if it doesn't bounce).

Spoke to Simon on Friday (5th Nov) who assured me the balance, after the cheque, would be paid this week.

Let's see shall we ........

I have not received anything but have been told I will be paid each week until the balance is paid. Was told a payment went out on Thursday 4th so would of thought I'd of seen something by now in the bank but nothing yet.

I feel happier now that you have been paid as it means that the rest of us might get somewhere.

Latest update.....

1) the cheque that I was paid bounced.. HOWEVER I suspect that this was becuase our company name wasnt grammatically correct on it, rather than no money in the bank.

2) Simon told me that I would get 'the balance' paid directly from his account. As per his word this (sort of) happened. I recieved a large payment that was about 70% of what I was owed. Unfortunately due to the above bounced cheque we are still owed some money.

This final amount has been promised this week.

Credit to Simon, he may not be the fastest payer, nor stick to what he says he's going to pay and when, but he has kept in contact throughout this process. As they say on ebay "Good Comms".

Let's see if we can get this sorted this week.

two weeks - two phone calls - two promises of payments - two blanks at the bank.

We are in the same situation and we are getting very tired of the constant lies and time wasting from Simon. All the time we are fighting for what we are owed even more money is stacking up in our aff account that we are likely going to have to fight for further down the line.

At what point do we decide enough is enough and warn our players that they are dealing with a rogue operator. I have got email communication that stretches six months full of broken promises from Simon Capreis.

We have received about a third of what we are owed and that was really hard work.

Another couple of weeks of 'it will be paid today' and no payment arriving.

BUT.............

BUT.............

A promise of payment on Monday. No Money.
A phone call promise of payment on Tuesday. No Money.
A phone call plus email proof of bank payment on wednesday......... AND.......

THE FULL BALANCE PAID OFF AND IN MY BANK ACCOUNT TODAY (WEDNESDAY) !

As I have said all along, to his credit Simon has kept communications open. God knows how much time and money in phone calls I have spent chasing him. However, he has consistently failed to deliver on payment promises.

But, eventually, the full amount has all been paid off.

I honestly hope everyone else gets what they are owed.

I do believe that Simon inherited a real can of worms (probably even bigger than he imagined) and does want to clear it all up, and pay what is owed. But he shouldn't keep over-promising when he cant deliver.

Well a year has passed and still no payment despite several promises to get it sorted. It's a real shame as bingo playground seems to be a very popular, just a shame the affiliate program can't keep it's payments.

I have emailed Simon again today, about the sixth without reply (fingers crossed). Phil, you say Simon is a man of his word - I'd say you got lucky mate

Also the affiliate program seems to have gone, well at least from the footer of the new site.

im in the same boat, they owe me thousands, and I havnt recieved a reply the affiliate program has gone from affiliate.bingoplayground.co.uk

I still have not been paid either, getting very fed up with chasing this. The mobile number I had for Simon is now dead and the foreign number I have goes through to voicemail.

I don't really know if they have any intention of paying us ever, it has been such a long time now.

The most frustrating thing is, you can send him an e-mail or leave a message and he does call you and tell you that you will be paid soon, but soon never happens.

Somewhere out in Monaco amongst the rich and famous there is an answer machine full of my messages whilst he drives around in his lamborgini and a good source tells me that there are various other people who were not paid in these people setting up their "business" not just affiliates.

This is real bad form, a few affiliates at a conference I was attending had similar thoughts about shootjack too.

yeah i got the same thing and Paul asked if i would accept increased commission rates in lieu of previous payments

100% if zero is till zero - avoid these people at all costs - they do not fulfil their obligations
