One of your partners is Scamming Affiliates Revenue

Hi Income Access - one of your partners you once spoke very highly has now decided its not going to pay affiliates their earned revenue.

GURU PLAY which uses your software and who you do BUSINESS with has now had their membership here at GPWA suspended.

I hope you do not push this brand to affiliates currently and put anymore affiliates at risk.

Also will you hold them accountable for these actions?

What can you do to help affiliates?

What is the policy of INCOME ACCESS when one o their partners does this sort of thing? Its been months!! Will you stop the income access software provided to them? Your name is attached to theirs!!

Pissin in the wind steve. It won't happen.

I have never made a dime on Income Access platform.

I apologize for being so blunt. This is the GPWA and I am allowed to say so.

hey mojo - the reason for my post here is not actually to get any funds owed to me. I honestly do not care to much about that since its a low figure. Once i started to see shaddy stats months ago between the 3 outfits I decided to remove Guru from prime spots and have not really sent them any traffic.

What I am more concerned with is other affiliates - there are a couple who posted already in the Guru Thread, and someone over a Guard Dog is owed a healthy amount. I am not to sure how many affiliates they have stiffed to date and for how many months - but its pretty important for Income Access to know all this - since they support the brand.

Since Income Access makes revenue from Guru Play (Guru Revenue) and does affiliate outsourcing I would think they want affiliates paid since Income Access gives them a stamp of approval.

Im just curious what Income Access thinks of this and possibly what their plans are with this regard. I know Smart Live Gaming handles the player payments so lets ope they continue to pay players at least.

I agree with both of you.

GFPC I think your trying to do the right thing... However I also think Mojo is right... your pissing in the wind.

FYI - I have not promoted any income access property since 2004... I never made a dime with them either... and I promoted them in the heyday of this business when money was flying around everywhere.

I appreciate that too GFPC. I always like to see attempts to make things better for everyone.

Good to know Lotso that it's not just me. To be fair, other affiliates have success with them. Sometimes what works for one might not work for another.

Your right, I should have pointed out that others have made money with IA programs, I just never could figure out how to.

    Hi Guys

Thanks very much for your input and honesty and for coming out with your comments. As you all know, Income Access takes these matters extremely seriously, and we make every effort to uphold our values of integrity, honesty and transparency in every business relationship we take on.
To this extent, we have put into place numerous processes to ensure that Income Access powered programs provide proper data transparency, that data is accurate, and that data is never altered or players untagged. We make every effort to educate our clients about proper affiliate etiquette, including affiliate-friendly terms, quick payment processing, proper response to inquiries, etc.

With regards to Guru Revenue, it is important to clarify they do NOT employ our affiliate management services as was implied above. As such, we do not have direct council with them with regards to how they manage their affiliates, payments, etc. We will absolutely bring your complaints and the complaints of others to their attention. Please feel free to PM me or send me an email at louis at incomeaccess dot com and I will make sure that they are directed to the appropriate person.

Moreover, I encourage all the members of GPWA to please not wait until matters reach this level of frustration before contacting Income Access. We're more than happy to help put forum members in touch with the appropriate contacts at any of our unmanaged clients, at any time, or handle directly any inquiries for our managed clients. We value the input of GPWA affiliates extremely highly and hope that more of you will take advantage of our presence here to have your feedback heard.

    Thanks again

My experience with Income Access run properties has been sad as well, but I do NOT blame their software.

In fact years and years ago when Absolute Poker was hitting the market I couldn't seem to make any money from them, but within a week of them breaking free and running the software on their own I started getting conversions and saw my earnings rise.

One well respected friend of mine told me many years ago that he called it the "IA curse or jinx" as he had seen many a program do well and move to IA only to start having problems shortly thereafter.

I also have personally seen casinos fold and close operations and leave affiliate hanging when I thought they never would and always felt IA was severely lacking in the help provided getting affiliate paid. To me though this has always just been more ammunition for my theory that 3rd parties do not always do for us what we think they might when working on a more direct approach may have been better.

But to be fair, I know of many many affiliates that have had and still have great success with IA properties.

Once again I think this is a situation that is not just black and white and that the issues that were exposed about Guru is likely not IA's fault and I certainly do NOT think was due to flaws in their software or tracking (unless created or manipulated by management of the GURU folks).

I have NEVER found a property that used IA software to fail in any tracking tests I have personally been involved with.
