Good summary J. However, for those of us who have rode out 2006 and the past five years, this latest turn in events does not necessarily make the landscape bleak for affiliates. On the contrary, many of us have refocussed and no longer target the US Market. Their is a whole world out there. If anything, if regulation in the US comes about, this will be a win win situation all round. For players, operators who toed the line and us affiliates.

The only groups of webmasters that should be worried are those with their eggs all in the one US Market basket currently.
