    Online poker warrants to be unsealed

    In a late breaking story, Costigan Media (parent company of Gambling911) has won its case to have warrants dealing with the $40 million poker seizure unsealed.

    Judge Laura Taylor Swain found there was not enough compelling reason to keep the seizure warrants and other court documents sealed.
    Unfortunately for Costigan, many pages of the ruling have been redacted.
