Opinions for my first website

first of all this is my first post, so be kind...


I made a website about casinos, with future development for poker/bingo/betting sections; it's my first website and my first experience with affiliate programs.

It is completely in Italian, I'd like you to give me opinions: if you can't guess the contents, just tell me something about the (simple) design...

Hello and welcome! I like the clean design and the distribution of banners and text in the page. I also see a lot of useful information, well done If i were you, I'd just add some more colours in the page, such as coloured titles.... Good luck!

I found your site loaded fast, and I easily found the link in the bottom right of the page to the English version.

You have a lot of content, which is always good.

Not sure I like "stretchy" websites, that fit the screen width, but that's just me being picky really.

the site looks very nice - you did an excellet job for your first website

i noticed that you have your email hyperlinked at the bottom.

i would suggest changing this to an image that readers can see what your email is, but it is not actually kyperlinked so bots are not able to harvest it for spamming later on

Your site is ok, maybe more banners, I really don't like the skycraper-types, use too much place (10* 120x60 = 1*120x600!!! ). And the images, no border ist much better, set border=0.

1) i easily found the link to English. that was good.

2) it was unclear that the text links in the left column were actually links.... they do not appear as normal links (they are not blue underlined).

3) it is unclear what the following are in the right column: "your articles", "updates", "weekly advice".

4) not sure that "persecution" is the right word here: "Legal persecution against unauthorized publishing of these contents!" i think the word you are looking for is "prosecution"

I am going to publish user's articles and latest updates, english version lacks of contents.

Hi, I quite like the site and it's easy to follow.

I would recommend trying to emphasise the links on the left-hand menu.

Also, I would change the "ENGLISH" link to a British flag as this be more catching. Once you are on the English page, I can't see a link at the top back to the Italian site. Maybe you could add the 2 flags side by side.

The site looks great for SEO purposes, but I'm not sure it will be very effective in converting visitors that have already arrived at your site.

Nice website, its good use divs instead of tables, this is good for SEO.
About the first H1, if you use it with less words, you can maximice your results to it word because a use of a lot of words decrease the wheigt of every keyword.

actually your PR could be higher already, but they only update the toolbar every so often. best to check traffic to see how well your doing, not PR.
