Outstanding November Affiliate Payments

It is now Dec. 30th......no payment, no reply to email, no reply to this post. I would have thought if Martyn was going to go on vacation he would have
1. Let us know he was going to be out of the office and who was covering.
2. Gotten someone to cover here to address concerns
3. Kept us informed on this processor update (last I knew it was up and they were going thru the backlog of payments. That was a week ago.....just exactly how long does that take?)

I guess I thought wrong.....

Janet, please change our payment method to check since that method seem to be more consistent for future payments. Making a change to this payment may delay it even longer.

Hi Martyn, normally, I don't sweat it when a payment is late, but I do like to get timely updates. Hope you had a good holiday!

Hi all, sorry for the late reply on this one. I have have contacted both Rick and Janet and can confirm payments have been processed. Just for everyones peace of mind, both parties here were informed of a delay in these payments as we changed processors.

I was off over the Xmas and New Year period and I was loosely monitoring emails on my phone but I did not see those for this thread until late on. Now I am back I am going through the 1,100 emails so will get round to you as soon as possible should you still be waiting on a reply.

I hope you all had a great Xmas and New Year and wish you all the best for 2012.

ACH is in there at a "low" 7% capped at 4k total fee. And with ACH your bank usually does not charge a wire fee.

Just to confirm, it's ACH which is different to a wire. As advertised in AffiliateEdge the max fee you will be charged by the processor is 7%. This can vary by a percent or two below 7% but not over. Should this rate ever change then the amount advertised on the settings page will be updated accordingly.

We are at the mercy of the processor fee's here and we cannot cover these fee's.
