payment not received

Hi, i received few weeks ago a msg to my mobile who confirmed that my commissions was sent, after some days i contacted my aff. manager because funds was not received in my neteller acconut.. she confirmed that money was sent and she gived me the neteller reference number but i still don't receive the funds, i tried to contact my aff. manager again 2-3 times but she don't answer. Please someone here can look about this for me?
