Paypal and gambling do NOT go well together.

Once paypal sees the paypal logo or paypal name on your website that has gambling content.....Paypal WILL close your paypal account.

Often, you can get your account opened back up, but first you will need to remove their name/logos/links to them etc... and ask them to review your case.

I receive payment from Super Poker Affiliates (poker odds calcs), and Rummy Affiliates on Paypal. No sites that are direct poker or gambling pay on Paypal (see Rick's post above)

I wasn't sure if you meant to ask if there are affiliate programs who pay commissions through PayPal or if you were wondering about gaming sites that accept PayPal deposits/withdrawals. Here is information for both:

Affiliate Programs paying commissions with PayPal
Three GPWA sponsor affiliate programs offer PayPal as an option for receiving affiliate commissions:
Euro Partners
BetFred
Income Access

GPWA offers an affiliate program search tool to compare sponsor brands based on a number of criteria. One of the criteria is the ewallets available for processing commission payments. (Other options include countries they accept players from, site language, language the affiliate managers speak, types of games offered, software used, and some additional choices.)

Current results from a search for PayPal as a method of paying commissions are available here.

Gaming Sites accepting PayPal
Almost all skill gaming sites accept PayPal. Based on traffic to the sites that offer it as a payment option, PayPal actually ranks third in popularity of gaming payment processors, below Visa and MasterCard. Of course, this is based on the fact that the largest skill-gaming sites are attracting many more site visitors than the largest casinos, so even though it is more total exposure is it a smaller number of sites (55 gaming sites in total accepting PayPal according to current Casino City payment processor data).

But, as Rick points out, PayPal has a reputation for being very serious in protecting their logo and brand name to avoid confusion regarding their no gambling policy. The exception is really simply that betting on games of skill is not excluded by that policy.

I highly recommend that anyone that wants to keep their paypal account NOT use the words paypal or their logos on your site if it has gambling content.

It is not a question of if, it is only a question of when Paypal will find this content on your site.

When they find it, they will investigate who owns the site, and if they can cross reference that information with an active paypal account, they WILL lock the account until you discuss the options with them to get it re-opened.

I speak from first hand experience about this. I just happened to have one casino review that listed paypal as a funding source. The company they had hired to do their brand and trademark compliance, has a robot that scours the internet looking for their terms, logos etc happened to find this page.

The site in question had no identifying information on it that directly related to my paypal account, but they were able to cross reference that website, with another website that did have identifying information, that led them to a domain name that was connected with my paypal account.

At that point was account was suspended. It was re-activated after I removed the use of their trademark name from the page in question. I also had to agree never to use their name again on any gambling related material.

Obviously, people have to make their own decisions, but please keep this in mind when deciding whether to use paypal on your websites.
