    Paypal debit card/Mastercard... newbie question

I am just wondering, with my Paypal debitcard/Mastercard...

OK, for online purchases... does this basically work like a secured credit card?

ie. I have $50 in my Paypal account... I want to buy advertising for my casino site at a pay-per-click search engine...

Can I use my Paypal card as a credit card to draw from my Paypal account, in order to pay an online merchant (such as Overture or whatever PPC engine)?

Does any of this make sense :shake:

yes, you can use your paypal debit card for credit card purchases.... plus if you use it as a credit card purchase you get 1.5% back which helps absorb the paypal merchant fees.
thats the only card i use now - you can also use it as a debit cards to withdraw up to $400 at atm machines($1.00 fee) or buy money orders from the post office for bills which is free-

    Thanks Xbook,

So just to confirm: if I got $50 in Paypal, I just go to SearchengineX.com and fill out the online payment form... and my Paypal card will work as a 'secured' Mastercard ... right... but for no more than what I have in my Paypal account?

    Eeeeexxxcellent

For some reason, I thought you could not use it like a credit card for online spending.

Yep, you can - and in real world stores and everything, too.
