Planet23 down the drain???

Dear affiliates,

This Sunday, the 27th of June, I was notified by the owners of Planet23 of the termination of my employment.
Sadly, my working at Planet23 has come to an end. Due to owners and investors policy, the company took a decision to terminate all affiliate deals within the immediate time until they solve management issues with RIVAL.
I (sadly but formally) ask you to take us off your domains and from any other activity until a further formal notice made by Planet23.
Any future communication with Planet23 should and will be made via this address: affiliates@planet23.com
Planet23 management will be available for your questions at this address.

Looks like the affiliate program has been terminated but not so sure about the casino itself.

Rival brands are really getting shaky and making a great deal of worry. What is this, the 5th or 6th brand to crap out?

I am refusing to add any new (to me or the industry) Rival brands. I am running with what I have and removing the ones that hit the crapper. Just so much wasted time promoting these brands.

I am with you 100% on this , ironically we only added this group 2 weeks ago.Note to all rival casinos don't bother contacting us ,we are not taking on any new rival casinos and will be dropping a few this week too.One rival manager I wont embarrass told me on MSN last week they are worried about Rival future yet a day later sends us email to ask for more exposure.WTF is that all about?
