"Platinum SEO" Plugin Help

I am using Platinum SEO plugin on my site for 2 months but unfortunately i do not know the exact settings for optimum SEO performance. Could anyone recommend me how to setup one-by-one please ?

It's an SEO plugin for wordpress usaonlinecasino, it allows you to easily add meta data and change an individual pages follow and index parameters.

It's pretty simple to use, the optimal "settings" will depend page by page because you should be selecting your meta data maually, well if you have any sense.

Using the plugin properly does assume that you have a fundamental understand of the follow/no follow and index/no index

Basically if you don't know what you're doing leave the follow/index button ticked and just make sure that you fill in the titles, descriptions and keywords properly.

It does have a few other features, but I wouldn't worry about them too much.
