    Default Player Payout Complaint and Blocked account (resolved)

    Hi John and Steven,
    I just sent you both an email about a player complaint that I am asking for help with. I prefer to keep the complaints private so we can deal with it outside this forum. Would you please look into this issue for me and see what you can find out and hopefully help this player or at least confirm the casinos fraud department issues.

    Wish I could mark this resolved but unfortunately neither John nor the casinos (21 Grand and Rockbet) support have got back to me on this customer payout issue.

    John told me that he doesn't handle these problems and that I need to deal with support. So far that's not going so good.

    Like I stated above... I like to keep these matters private but if the affiliate program (Best Pay Partners) chooses to not deal with this issue, it's not only breaking the GPWA sponsor code of conduct http://www.gpwa.org/sponsor/codeofconduct.asp rule #4, but I will be left no choice to make this issue public not only here but on our website scam report and our news blog to let our website visitors know that they are on their own when it comes to a Best Pay Partners Brand of casino.

    Update: John has now addressed this player complaint and after getting a few more details from him I will gladly mark this issue as resolved.

    This player complaint has been resolved in favor of both the casinos involved. Thank you John for your efforts on this one.

    This adressed to the program manager John or any other affiliate manager from Bestpay Partners.

    Hopefully i'm not forced a next player complaint about 21Grand Casino.

    You guys make marketing for this casino, so you should assure that all works perfect.

    My next post would be more exactly and i have no problem with to make it public how BigDaddy also already indicated with his complaint, if casino don't answer in any way.
