    Player retention rates

    Hi,

In a specific program I have some very good players, depositing and playing constantly for more than 6 months aprox. Now, this month, the deposits went down, and I don´t see them playing...

Do you know which software have the better retention rate?

    Is this a normal issue?

    Regards

Some would consider six months a long time for players to be at the same casino, perhaps your affiliate manager might be able to help by getting customer retention to give some special attention to your players

BoDog and Bet365, in my opinion, do an excellent job at retaining players. I think the "brand" name has a lot to do with retention rates. Lots of players will try out new sites to take advantage of the bonuses but they always seem to keep their long-term accounts open with top brands like BoDog and Bet365 and shuffle around with less established sites to simply take advantage of new bonuses. My 2 cents.

It could be that summer months are slower with less activies since people are outdoor more rather than being in front of their computers. I wouldn't be too concerned, but to answer your question about software I'd say for me RTGs and Playtechs have generated me the most retentions.

I've noticed a drop in activities from some of my players who have been steadily depositing for 3yrs+. Hopefully next month they will pick up!
