If my memory serves right, the media packages were sold with a guarantee that if the advance payment wasn't met through casino revenue at the end of the 12 month period a full refund would be issued.

Who will hold up that end of the deal negotiated?

This will either be negotiated with the buyer, or i will uphold any agreement I have made Each package was different and with some there was no guarantee at all. Those that have a guarantee will be honored. You could have Pm'd me regarding this as not all media deals are the same mate It was dependent on what the casino agreed to at the time. However almost all deals were a yearly fee as i explained. Those that do meet the campaign cost within the 12 months will not qualify for a refund at all.

I have been tied up and not really been able to push this, and I am hoping if i basically give the site away the person that does take it will work with me to get the results Because if the results push through then you are likely to renew correct? If i had more time to put into this i would keep the site, because with the right pushing and work these results are very achievable. I have just had a sudden slam with kid problems that may take up alot of my time.

If the site does not sell then i will just push forward with this and make sure programs get the targeted amounts and above.

Sorry about the edit, but i will also have a written agreement drawn up with the buyer. But those terms will be discussed when the buyer makes contact and then any agreement will be discussed with the casinos or poker sites involved. This thread is merely to put the offer out there and details will be discussed with any prospective buyer.
