A player had emailed me that lost nearly $15k there, requested a $5k withdraw and hasn't been paid since November 06. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have heard this casino doesn't have any money so that is why they are not paying out. But I believe they are just a scam operation.

Curious because this has happened to me in the past. What recourse does this player have? Do we as a community simply ignore this event ever took place? Or should we do the responsible thing and start taking players complaints a little more seriously?

Londonscasino is white label casino who's gaming content is operated by Casinowebcam.com (aka. EyeBall Networks a VOIP provider, aka. CWCGaming )

They took me for around $13k. I'm in Costa Rica and have their numbers and I still couldn't get paid! I kept getting the run around, and messages bounced back and forth from Canada and Costa Rica.

I helped the player every way I could. They simply will not pay them! Would not return any of my emails. Luckily this was the one player that ever came to me with this problem but I hear it happened quite a lot.

Its best to use a trustworthy casino portal to find the casinos you play at. We have been around this business a long time and know which ones to avoid.

Most casinos are fine, but there are still some bad apples out there and it amazes me that the software companies could care less, but that's another issue

The key is, use a reputable portal and stick with the larger brands. If you ever have a problem, the portal owner will help you out.
