I helped the player every way I could. They simply will not pay them! Would not return any of my emails. Luckily this was the one player that ever came to me with this problem but I hear it happened quite a lot.
Its best to use a trustworthy casino portal to find the casinos you play at. We have been around this business a long time and know which ones to avoid.
Most casinos are fine, but there are still some bad apples out there and it amazes me that the software companies could care less, but that's another issue
The key is, use a reputable portal and stick with the larger brands. If you ever have a problem, the portal owner will help you out.
