Hey Cobus, Not exactly sure what happened with Storm in this process. She mentioned she would look into the stat situation mentioned at the top (I left her the details of the issue). However, I have still not heard back. I sent a few reminder emails but still no response.
In a nutshell I wanted some detailed reports on the loss of earnings literally at the last hour. On the night before changeover for the month, I looked at the stats (as one of my only earners that month) and it showed the same number I had seen for at least a week. So, I again looked the very next day and the earnings were far less to the point of non payable earnings. I initially emailed to ask about this at the time but no response and that is what sparked me to start the thread to ask you guys to please return my emails. Once Storm finally did get back to me it was a very uniformed message you would sent first time affiliates. Explaining that I was reading the stats wrong and so forth but this was not the case. I have been a long time affiliate of RB and slightly insulting to suggest I am confused. I then requested a detailed report of where the loss occurred. I got a response and she apologized for mishandling the initial contact and that she would look into it that day and get back with me the following... This was on 9/01 yet there has been no emails. unless again like I said there is something wrong with the emails, then it would seen I was forgotten
