when affiliates get back to your unwanted spam mails and ask you several times to be removed from your mailing list, could you please do so?

We are all bloodsucking ticks, hungry, devious
each one latched on to the ass of the previous
when the last and the first latch on it can be shown
ass-blood sucked by the first from the last is his own

It s getting worse and worse.

Affiliate manager confirmes he stole data from previous jobs and doesnt care about GDPR. What is GPWAs stand on these business ethics? How can a program like Betwinner be a Platinum Sponsor? Side note: I never did any business with this affiliate manager before.

I completly understand how difficult it is as a AM to bring in new Affiliates, and therefore i usually reply to the dozens of emails i get every week. But from operators we have to expect high standards in terms of data protection, gdpr and a good code of conduct. If you fail to fullfill even the lowest standard requirements, please change the industry you are working in.

Dear casinofm, We deeply apologize for this incident and we can rest assure you that no further emails will be sent to your mailbox. Taking the opportunity, we stress the fact that Betwinner do not work, neither support the such allegations of bad conduct. We make sure all our affiliate managers approach our estimated partners on a respect manner and following all regulations in place. For instance, our affiliate manager approached you via this contact page: https://casinofm.de/kontakt/ and as per seen on the contact, no personal data was referred.

    Kind regards
    Betwinner.com

Thanks for getting back. The fact that someone has a contact form on his site does not allow you to bombard it. When you are scraping websites for contact forms and email addresses, please before sending out emails use a second list in which you store the encrypted email addresses of those who do not wish to be contacted from you - just like you do when you send crm mailers and make sure no self excluded or unsubscribed player receives your martketing copy.

With regards to the code of conduct: How am i supposed to undestand this sentence from your affiliate Manager? "Some of the companies that I have passed used to have you as part of their affiliate network." Thank you for clarifying this.
