Poker affiliate domain + site for sale!

I have a poker/ casino affiliate site NoLimitFighter . The site is 10 months old. It is built on Joomla 1.5 has a great control panel and plenty of easily-installed modules and extentions for posting, commenting, email marketing, forum integration and so on. The site is indexed in Google and has around 100 unique visitors a day ( about 60% come from Google) and has 1,300+ registered users. It is also integrated to Twitter (autopost) and Facebook.

Now it brings some monthly income of $300 - $600 from CPA casino deals and about $100 from poker revenue share which can be easily increased by putting a bit more efforts to building good content and site management. Unfortunately I'm busy with another project now and don't have time for this so I would like to sell it to a person who could take care of the baby.

I would set a minimum price to $300. If someone would like to buy it immediately for $500 I can add a decent players email database to the lot and put you in contact with affiliate managers to set up your own deals for the site.
