pokerstarspartners - hidden traffic?

Hello guys
i write for the first time on this forum regarding pokerstarspartner, as a player i have to say they have the best support ever but things are different for affiliates.

I never received a payment since when i started promoting them in october 2009.

i drive traffic from all the world to pokerstars but most from italian market (MGR)

in the month of may 2010 in the stats a player in CPA disappear (without any trace) from a day to another so i contacted the support asking what happened.

i received this answer: (8-6-2010)

"Hello,

Our finance team is looking into this as it looks as though you are owed funds. We will get back to you as soon as we have investigated this and have further information for you.

If you have you any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.

I checked the stats after some days and saw all the traffic, i was happy that finally all the problem with pokerstars was solved:





I emailed them back asking how much i had to wait to receive this owed funds and they said the month after as normal.

i logged in after some days to see the stats and all the traffic disapperead again. I emailed them asking for information and now i just received this:

"Hello,

Thank you for your email.

Please accept our apologies for the delay in response. Our finance team has completed their investigation into your account and I can confirm that you are owed a payment of €83.02 which is accumulated funds from Oct09 to Jun10.

Your commission will be made into your bank account asap.

Considering pokerstars is the best poker room in the world i'm very surprised, i never seen something like this in 5 years doing this job...

I registered in pokerstars affiliates about 1 month ago and till now I had about 50 players sign up on cpa deal. However I only had 1 Real Money Accounts in 50 sign ups. Does this situation is usually?

When it is in brackets it is negative from what I remember, right? Why is pokerstars even running in Italy if none of their players are profitable. How do you get so many negative numbers?

I used to promote them quite a bit and all their Italian traffic was useless to me. Makes you wonder about their "fees" on Italian players.

Yup thats normal. And it would also depend on the type of traffic you have and how your marketing them.
