Is it possible to has 7 months negative balance?

Hi to all,
I want to ask you is it possible more than 7 months to has negative balance. For exaple: in one affiliates bookmaker i has an affiliates account and promote them. From Jule 2010 till now every month i has negative balance. The total sum is more than /7000 euro negative/. I dont know what to do and how to make it possitive balance. The strange thing is that i has only 2 active customer, more than 100 registered, but only 2 active and these player maybe are soo lucky...or i dont know whats happened?

Sounds like you had a big winner in July 2010 that is causing a negative rollover each month. You could try contacting the program to find out if this is the case and see if they will zero out the balance so it makes sense for you to continue promoting them. Or, you could move on to promoting another program and start from zero rather than negative 7k.

Is this negative balance is being rolled over each month or have your referred players been winning every individual month?
I agree with previous comment. You must contact the program involved and ask them to clear your negative. Many will do this. One big company once told me to open a new affiliate account with them to refer new players through. Do not do this without their permission though, as otherwise this could lead to further problems later as it is bound to be against the terms and conditions. Any program worth promoting will help you in this situation.
If they do not help you then, in my opinion, you need to stop promoting them altogether and drop them from your site(s). Consider only promoting programs with no negative rollover.

Yes program is with no negative rollover, but every month im with negative balance/ now from this month i m again negative /-480 euro/ I contact the company, but they told me that i has one lucky player that win a lots of money and thats it.
