not to be rude dallas, but that is QUITE a bit of coding for no payments up front / guaranteed payments.

I think you'll find that anyone capable of developing a powerful PPC engine won't be willing to do this.

There may be some free scripts out there that will work as a PPC engine (I haven't looked, sorry) but even if there are I doubt they're worth the time it takes to install.

Sorry to be a downer, and I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just being straight with you. If you're interested in hiring a capable coder, I know plenty and can put you in touch with some. I can't speak for them about prices, but I doubt it would be too cheap.

You might want to check this out. I bought a script from them and they are very easy to work with. Like all "Off the Shelf" ppc packages it has quite a few limitations, but it's probably enough to get you started and then you can get a programmer to customize it later if you want.

As Don said, you're unlikely to get someone to program this for you at a price you can afford, with the functionality you probably want, if you start from scratch.
