Problem Earnings Displayed in Dashboard

Hi there,

My affiliate useranme in Referback is "AFF104799". I found there was an problem or error issue regarding to the up-to-date commission earnings displayed in the dashboard of your affiliate website. On the first week of this month, there was $584 earnings displayed there, however after the 2nd week till now the existing earnings reset to Zero.

I wonder if there are any mistake or error occurred, thus I wrote to Gareth Morgan (my assigned affiliate manager) around 1 week ago. But no response from him through Email or MSN. Afterwards I forward the message to your support department yesterday.

Furthermore, from the Referring URL report date from 2010-03 to 2010-03, I can find the amount of $341 in Purchases and $2200 in NetWin.

Please coordinate with your colleague to deal with this problem issue, and kindly get back to me ASAP. Thanks!



PS: A detail traffice status report regarding to the corresponding players is highly apprecriated!
