I've always wondered about power struggles between the two of them - both are hard headed men, from what I've observed.

    Warren's response:

Since all this BS started, i've been unable to decide whether this is personal tragedy or pro wrestling event.

    I still can't tell.

I've tried staying out of the whole card spike issue, the CAP vs GPWA issue, and some other stuff I cant remember right now because truth is I didn't care enough.

But what I do know. I have met Louis several times and he seemed like a very genuine person. I met him long before cap became what it is.

This past year what I have noticed is that CAP was doing stuff that was very out of character for Louis. It did not feel like he was in control anymore.

I hate to bring myself into it. But in 2000 I started a business to launch a PPC search engine and I allowed a business partner to come into things. That business partner offered next to nothing and soon enough he started controling everything and eventually locked me out of my own company.

This is the same thing I am seeing here, they are trying to force Louis (professor) out of his own company. Facts are he bought the domain name, he started the forum, and he made CAP what it is today. The reason I actually stopped going there so much is I used to go there for his insight and that has been lost over the years.

So if you dont agree with how CAP is run, or some of the stuff it has done, that's irrelevant to the fact that someone is stealing Louis company. This power struggle to me explains why he was stressed out and took things out on the wrong person at the last conference. Of course it doesn't forgive what he did, but that's how I see it.

I don't beleive to either of 'em. It probably is just another stunt to cover-up.

I agree that If Lou still owns majority then this may be temporary for him to settle. I have heard there are 3-4 other investors but I cant see Lou selling off more than 49% anyway.

Just to keep the facts straight. Here is a quote to me from the Professor today:

I am hiring attorney today to sue him as I am majority shareholder and have to get things back in order with forums and with Clients.

No matter who owns/controls CAP. Lou just made a huge admission!

    7. Last year Warren told me he wanted to open a poker room. I was opposed to the idea but he went ahead and signed a contract with a provider under a false name and informed me after the fact we were now in the poker business. He asked if I would manage the project and also handle a legitmate client that wanted to re-enter the casino business. I was hesitant, but was backed into a corner as we couldnt do these sort of things under the Affiliate Media banner as it would be a conflict of interest with what CAP did. That is why we formed Effective Media Group. I didnt see any workable alternative so I went along with Warren yet again. For this I owe everyone an apology. I should have put my foot down then and I didnt.
Lou and Warren are both guilty as officers of the companies. They're so busy fighting each other Lou just made the biggest mistake possible. Well done professor!

I don't think he had a choice. It was bound to come out anyway. We had to know for sure!

I am stunned too. I think this week's "Perspective's Friday" should be very interesting to say the least.

I hope for the sake of the community that the entire CAP issue comes to a resolution where we all benefit.

Since Fabiano and Jolly have lied about everything else, there seems no reason to believe anything either of them says.

That said, I'm sure this isn't a stunt.

I am not up on the laws but does this statement have any legal implications?

Looks like civil war to me and the end game is upon us.

I dont want to see CAP fold and i hope for everyone concerned this gets sorted and full disclosure comes out and we can then move on with a new CAP free of scandal.

Maybe wishful thinking but i hope not.

Probabily, there is much more to admit. He only tells what allready known in a hope that'll satisfy the quiery...now everyone shoud be happy and forgiving and no more questions will be asked.

It appears that Randy Ray has had enough too... he just resigned as admin at PAP...

My Well-Earned Retirement I've been administering the forums here at PAP since October, but I wanted to let everyone know that I'm retiring from my position as the admin here effective today. I've recently launched some new projects that are taking up the bulk of my time. I'll still be around from time to time, but the admin duties will belong to someone new very soon.

I want to thank all of you for your support here over the last few months. It's been an honor to have been able to serve the community here.

My main industry-related website now is located at http://www.pokerseo.org/. I don't update it very often, but feel free to visit there anytime.
