Quatro CD sent to private home address : pls stop this asap

I do not know how this is possible but I have received a Quatro casino CD with a letter to claim $100 ND sent to my private home address. I have this info only available in my affiliate account.

I want this to be stopped ASAP and my private home address info deleted from further marketing, I do not want to receive those CD's from all other casinos too !

Who gets credit for that signup?

Are the cd's burnt every day with the referring affiliate id embedded....or are they sent out with an "in-house" code?

I also get a few of these through, places I don't have an affiliate account with or ever played at, think it was Jackpot Joy last year.

I get about 4-5 a year from a south african gaming company. I have 3 player accounts, non which have been active for the past 4 years. It only started when I joined the 2nd and 3rd casinos.. which I think are from the same group - another south african company, I just bin it.

The address on your affiliate account is also on 1 player account that is not tagged to any affiliate.

CDs take MONTHS to compile, they are not burnt every day and they are only sent to a select group.
I should also add that we don't physically send CDs.

I received another email from another Rewards brand today. It came from support@casinorewardsnews.com Surely your system can tell that I'm in the US and not eligible to play so why do US players continue to receive these offers?
