REDBET -promoted 10 Freespins but closed my account and cheatedme!!!

i promoted redbet.com with 10 freespins. and they closed my account. what they do when i get 20 depositer with my players next days? i dont think its normally that an affilate programm cheated us with freespins. Keith from redbet told em i had 1 Depoister. I cant check this. cause my account is closed!!! what happens when next week 10 more guys deposit? and what ammount is 10 freespins? thats much money? so i dont think its correct they close my account.cause i never will know how much depositer comes next week. maybe somebody of you had problems with redbet.com before? please post here
i can tell all affilates never do buisness with them. i will show later chat with keith. he think iam frehs affilate and dont will find normal deal with me to handle it. never promote redbet.com many affialates tole me bad things about them.they hold my players emailadresses and make promotion with it. dont think thats okay. if they would let my account open and i can see next weeks what happen it would be okay. but so i dont have a chance to look at my account.wanted to post you screenshot from skype. dont know why i cant. its no reason why they closed me. i was 5 days in hospital. and after i came back they closed ym account. i mean if it was about the promo.they could reactive my link. why close my account and hold my players?
i mean they closed it after 1 week.what happens when in 2 weeks 10 deposit?
if they dont pay okay. when iam in minus. but why close ym account that i dont see my depositer?

Hello everybody,

My name is Keith Hathaway and I am one of the Affiliate Managers at Redbet. I need to say that I'm quite shocked at whats happened and what he been alleged. Redbet next have and never will cheat anyone.

What has been written is also inaccurate. It wasn't a 10 free spins offer as described, it was a free €5 offer, no deposit required. This is obviously a very good offer for affiliates as it is great at generating traffic. When organising the deal the affiliate was explaining how he had a conversion rate of up to 18%! Whilst knowing thats unlikely we decided to put a good deal together, so afteer talking to our Casino Manager we offered the free €5 credit for all of this affiliates referred players.

This generated in excess of 200 new sign ups very quickly, however a week on there was not a single deposit (one later deposited). So we decided we couldn't continue to offer the player a free credit to his customers and we had already given away in excess of €1,000 so far on this promtion with zero return. An email was sent and also multiple Skype attempts were made to contact this affiliate. For several days we received no reply yet the offer was still being promoted on his website and players were still registering for their free €5.

A decision was made to lock the affiliates account. The account has been locked and not closed. There is a not on the account explaining it may be opened again once the affiliate made contact, and we could make it clear that this offer wasnt valid any more but he is welcome to send further players if he wishes on our original deal but this special promotion was no longer availble. Those notes are still on the affiliate account and any member of the Redbet live support team can confirm this.

Redbet are not in any way cheating anyone. If any moneys are due to the affiliate in question they will be paid in full.

The issue we now have is the abuse I received yesterday. It wasted in excess of 3 and a half hours with multiple personal attacks and threats. It was a Saturday night and I wasnt even working. I havce copies of the chat but dont believe I should post them but if an administrator wishes to send me contact details I will email them over to confirm these took place.

I'm happy to deal with any question about this and indeed Redbet, but we totally refute any accusation of cheating and I'm quite shocked at whats been alleged.
