May 22nd, 2009 Issue No. 16 SPECIAL SOFTWARE UPGRADE EDITION! Man, do we ever have some GREAT news! As of next week, we are moving our affiliate tracking and reporting to the Income Access software platform. You are likely already familiar with their fantastic, in-depth reports as this software is used by many of the most trusted gaming sites online, and Reefer Poker is very excited to join their ranks. On Sunday night, May 24, we will be closing access to the current reporting system while we change over to the Income Access back end. What this means is that for approximately 72 hours – until Thursday morning – you will be unable to access your reports, but don’t worry, everything is still tracking fine. In fact we will be keeping access to the current reporting open until the end of June to ensure that you are able to get the valuable data that you need. When we go live on the new software next week we will be sending you an email with your new reporting access, and all the details on how to get a new tracking code. We strongly suggest that you make the change to new tracking codes as quickly as possible so that your new players are tracked on the new software. Your old data WILL remain intact, and ALL your current players will be tagged with your new codes so you will not miss a dime of revenue – we guarantee it! Advantages to the new system include: 1.Way more reports, including quick counts, member reports, referral reports, and much more, each updated daily 2.Private emails to your affiliate managers 3.Banner reports showing you which creative is performing the best 4.Full banner farm, updated weekly, with great selections of sizes and languages, including our auto-updating Bad Beat Jackpot banner As always custom sizes, languages and content are available at your request.
